Have a unit booked for the weekend and in need of some quick repairs?

Typically if you bring your unit on Monday we can have it ready Friday with our priority labor.

Subject to our work load for the week. We operate on a first come first serve basis. Please do not expect a quick turn around time without calling first. Emergency rates are $150 per hour plus materials used.

Here at Mustang & Ares we offer superior work and pay close attention to detail. Our guys have over 17 years of hands-on experience and have been passed down the methods and techniques used from 50 years ago! They still prove to be functional, so we stand by them.

Units can be dropped off anytime during work hours. We are closed from 12-1pm for lunch and will not be able to assist you during this time. We do offer on-site repairs with additional traveling fees. 

We repair units on a first come first serve basis. If you need an emergency repair upon arrival or within 1-2 days, please give us a call. This is done as time permits and depends on our schedule.

We encourage all of our customers to bring all units clean and dry. This means free of trash, dirt, mud, mold, and any liquids. 

Our sewing machines contain fine needles that require a clean and dry surface to prevent from damaging these delicate pieces of equipment. Dirt or other debris can cause for the thread to not sew properly and eventually lead to damage to the machine. Please refrain from bringing units with mold as this can become a safety hazard for our team.

 **If units are not clean, dry, or contain mold there will be a minimum $60 cleaning fee per unit, depending on the condition. 

If you already have a description of what needs to be done to your unit, then please have the detailed description ready along with any photos/sketches you may have. This will help reduce time and labor trying to locate the damaged area(s). We do not inflate units unless specified by the customer which is done at an additional charge.

Inspection on units is upon customer request for a minimum of $60 per unit.

Inspections are made under our discretion based on functionality, form, & fit. We are not licensed inspectors, and we can only suggest what we think based on our experience per industry standards. We are not responsible for any missed damages nor for your unit not passing inspection. 

There will be a minimum $60 inspection fee on all units if no repair is made. The fee includes unloading, opening the unit, inspecting, and rolling the unit back up and into your vehicle. 

*We are NOT responsible for any damages incurred while trying to repair or inspect a unit* When unrolling a unit to find a repair or inspect we sometimes pull or tug on components of the unit and if your unit is in poor condition or has frail parts we are not responsible for any damage done. If we have to repair anything that will be included in the price.

You are responsible for picking up your unit(s) 14 days after you receive a text or call stating they are ready. Due to liability issues, we cannot insure your unit(s) after this time frame. Mustang & Ares is not responsible for damaged or lost units left after 14 days. After 30 days of being stored in our facility there will be a $20 storage fee each day. After 45 days the unit(s) will be considered unclaimed property.

At the bottom of the page is the work order form that you can either fill out and sign prior to arriving or will receive from us to fill out once you arrive. 

If you would like for us to give you an estimate before we begin, please let us know upon dropping off the inflatable(s).

When your unit(s) is ready we will notify you via call or text.

We are CLOSED from 12pm-1pm for lunch. 

Please do not visit during this hour as we will not be able to assist you. You are more than welcome to wait outside in your vehicle until 1pm.

We accept card, check, Zelle, and cash. Payment is due upon pickup of. Please let us know what form of payment you will be using upon dropping of your inflatables.
