Turn around is typically 7-14 business days from time of drop off. Time frame varies day to day and is subject to change.
Have a unit booked for the weekend and in need of some quick repairs? Priority labor is $150 per hour plus materials for same day or within 2 day repairs.
Subject to our work load for the week. We operate on a first come first serve basis. Please do not expect a quick turn around time without calling first and sending pictures. Emergency rates are $150 per hour plus materials used.
You are responsible for inspecting unit before dropping off. Pictures of damaged areas along with a clear description of what needs to be done to your unit are required before drop off. Pictures must be visible and show what part of the unit the damaged areas are.
We do not inflate units unless specified by the customer which is done at an additional charge starting at $100 per unit and goes up depending on size.
Units can be dropped off anytime during work hours. We are closed from 12-1pm for lunch and will not be able to assist you during this time.
Pricing is $120/hour per man plus materials.
Units are repaired on a first come first serve basis.
Larger units will have a higher cost for the same work done compared to a smaller unit.
If a Emergency repair is needed within 1-2 days, please give us a call. This is done as time permits and depends on our schedule. Emergency repairs are $150 per hour plus materials.
Units must be brought in clean and dry. This means free of trash, dirt, mud, mold, and any liquids.
If a unit has been stored for longer than 3 weeks it must be cleaned and dried.
Our sewing machines contain fine needles that require a clean and dry surface to prevent from damaging these delicate pieces of equipment. Dirt or other debris can cause for the thread to not sew properly and eventually lead to damage to our equipment and a faulty repair. Units with will not be accepted as this can become a safety hazard for our team.
**If units are not clean, dry, or contain mold there will be a minimum $160 fee per unit, or denial of work.
Inspections are made under our discretion based on functionality, form, & fit. We are not licensed inspectors, and we can only suggest what we think based on our experience per industry standards. We are not responsible for any missed damages or for your unit not passing inspection.
There will be a minimum $100 inspection fee per unit if no repair is made. The fee includes unloading, opening the unit, inspecting, and rolling the unit back up and into your vehicle.
*We are NOT responsible for any damages incurred while trying to repair or inspect a unit* When unrolling a unit to find a repair or inspect we sometimes pull or tug on components of the unit and if your unit is in poor condition or has frail parts we are not responsible for any damage done. If any additional repairs are incurred, that will be included in the price.
You are responsible for picking up your unit(s) 10 days after you receive a text or call stating they are ready. Due to liability issues, we cannot insure your unit(s) after this time frame. Mustang & Ares is not responsible for damaged or lost units left after 14 days. After 14 days of being stored in our facility there will be a $20 storage fee each day. After 30 days the unit(s) will be considered unclaimed property.
At the bottom of the page is the work order form that you can either fill out and sign prior to arriving or will receive from us to fill out once you arrive.
If you'd like an estimate before we begin, please let us know upon dropping off the inflatable(s). Pictures of the repairs needed along with where on the unit it is would lead to a more accurate estimate.
When your unit(s) is ready we will notify you via call or text.
We are CLOSED from 12pm-1pm for lunch.
Please do not visit during this hour as we will not be able to assist you. You are more than welcome to wait outside in your vehicle until 1pm.
Should we help you during this hour, there will be a minimum $200 fee added to your total.
We accept card, check, and cash. Payment is due upon pickup. Please let us know what form of payment you will be using upon dropping of your inflatables.
Please note a 3.5% merchant fee will be added to all credit card payments.
